Laxels is the Auto Video Editor for YouTubers. A lightweight video editor with auto-cut, transitions, text, colour grading, AI background removal and word-by-word auto captions - built to stay fast even on a modest PC.
The free tier covers the whole timeline. Pro adds the automated and AI-powered parts.
Turn a long recording into cut, paced clips in one pass - pick the rhythm, let Laxels do the slicing.
Offline speech recognition adds karaoke-style captions that highlight each word as it's spoken.
Cut a subject out from its background without a green screen, right inside the timeline.
A set of built-in looks, plus manual colour, blur and vignette, applied live in preview.
Dissolves, dips and slides that size themselves to the footage you actually have around a cut.
A virtualised timeline and chunked export mean long projects stay smooth, even on older hardware.
Free to cut, trim and export forever. One licence unlocks the automated and AI features above. Payment is by PayPal right now - see each plan for details.
